Revolut is developing an in-app service with Carne Group that would give qualifying customers access to investments in technology companies before they list, Euronews reported. The service, named Revolut Ventures, is scheduled for 2027.

The company has not specified which users will qualify, where the platform will operate or the minimum amount required. Rolandas Juteika, who leads Revolut’s wealth and trading business in the European Economic Area, said the aim is to widen retail access to unlisted companies.

Revolut says technology companies are staying private longer. It cited a median age at IPO of 11 years in 2025, compared with 6.9 years in 2014.

The planned service follows July’s introduction of private-market funds for customers in selected European countries, with investments starting at €1, Bloomberg Law reported. Those funds are managed by Apollo, Ares, Hamilton Lane and Partners Group.

Revolut is also preparing for its own stock market debut. Founder Nik Storonsky said in September that the company plans to list in both New York and London, although no date has been set.
