Ultra Consultants has announced the transition of Tony Abel to the position of Managing Director of Delivery Services & Operations. Abel is bringing a wealth of experience to the role and is expected to channel future growth for the company.

Abel will report directly to Dylan Howard, Ultra Consultants President. In this new capacity, he will be accountable for various responsibilities within Ultra’s delivery department, including career planning, management and resource allocation.
Since joining Ultra Consultants in June 2023, Abel has served as Managing Director of Delivery Growth & Quality, providing leadership and guidance to the delivery department, overseeing optimization of scheduling, capacity planning and project implementation, helping to deliver high quality enterprise software implementations that contribute to clients’ success.
Abel brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has more than 25 years of experience providing performance improvement solutions to a long list of Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries. He has spent his career working to improve operational processes, building new service offerings and improving customer experience at companies including Protivity, a global business consulting firm, and Accenture, a leading global professional services company.
His background includes experience in supply chain & operations as well as process automation and risk management with a clear focus on cost reduction as well as operational effectiveness. He has gained the right skills and knowledge in both consulting and outsourcing environments.
