Team Shaw's humble direct sales servant leader from Fort Wayne, IN, Phillip T. Birchfield, was recognized by Total Life Changes with The Stormy Wellington Vitruvian Award. The honor was bestowed during the TLC 20th Anniversary event in Detroit, Michigan, from July 6-8, 2023.
Birchfield, an Ambassador at TLC, has maintained a record of consistent top earnings in the company, demonstrating six- and seven-figure results year after year. During the award presentation, TLC's COO John Licari and Elite Ambassador Stormy Wellington noted that the Vitruvian Award is intended for someone who aligns mind, body, and spirit with the mission of TLC. Birchfield meets this criterion through his visionary leadership, team growth, personal transformation, and being a product of the product.
Upon accepting the award, Ambassador Phillip Birchfield extended his gratitude to his wife, Ann Birchfield, and his Team Shaw Family. Reflecting on the first event he attended after joining Total Life Changes nine years ago, he remembered TLC’s Chief Visionary Officer, Jack Fallon, made him feel welcome. "I am so grateful. This man didn’t know me from Adam or Eve but said this is your Company. I love you, man. COO John Licari supported me during the loss of a family member. I will never forget him for that," Birchfield said.
The attendees, particularly the men, were encouraged to work towards their fitness. Birchfield hinted at the launch of an exciting initiative, the 105 5K Walk. This project is aimed to motivate men to take proactive steps towards their health and wellness.
Each step taken in these 5K walks isn't just a stride towards fitness, but also an opportunity to introduce men to the transformative range of products offered by Total Life Changes. This symbiosis between activity and well-being opens a new chapter in the pursuit of improved health.
