Killcam.gg Launches Automated Highlight Clipping Service for Counter-Strike 2 Players

Sep 29, 2026

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 29, 2026 /MarketersMEDIA/ -- A new web-based service has been introduced to automatically generate video clips from Counter-Strike 2 matches without requiring players to record or edit footage themselves. Killcam.gg processes match data to identify and clip notable plays from each game.

The platform operates through Steam authentication, allowing users to connect their accounts and have their match history analyzed automatically. The service retrieves demo files from completed matches and generates video clips of selected plays without manual intervention from the user.

Under the free tier, the platform clips the top play from each match at 1080p 30fps or 720p 60fps resolution. Each clip is rendered in both 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios and can be downloaded as an MP4 file or shared via link. The service applies a watermark to free-tier clips.

A paid subscription tier, priced at $4.99 monthly or $39.99 annually, extends the automatic clipping to the top three plays per match and allows users to manually select any kill from their matches for clipping. Paid subscribers receive access to 4K 60fps rendering, removal of watermarks, and additional visual presentation styles. The subscription also includes three weekly uses of an enhanced rendering option.

The platform offers multiple visual presentation modes that apply different editing treatments to the raw gameplay footage, including options that add slow-motion effects, alternative camera angles, or stylized visual effects. Users can select these treatments on a per-clip basis or set a default preference.

Players who include the service's name in their Steam username or clan tag receive promotional access to certain paid features, earning credits toward higher-resolution clips without watermarks for each match played.

The service is designed exclusively for Counter-Strike 2 and does not support other games. According to developer nath, the platform launched with the stated goal of addressing the issue of notable gameplay moments remaining inaccessible in unprocessed demo files.

The paid subscription tier is currently listed as unavailable on the platform's website, with only the free tier accepting new users at this time.
