Feb 15, 2023

Noel Maldonado aims to help clients enhance their sites’ credibility, relevance, and trustworthiness.

Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon-York, PA, Pennsylvania, United States - February 15, 2023 /MarketersMEDIA/ —

The Improve & Grow team recently announced the official onboarding of its newest team member, Noel Maldonado. As search engine optimization (SEO) is at the core of its offerings, it was time to add a specialist focused on off-site campaigns.

With Noel’s help, the agency can guide customers in generating more leads through supporting the Digital Marketing Services Team, expanding the company’s offerings.

Since the team handles most off-site SEO efforts internally, it was only proper to add an expert to help optimize its online presence management efforts. Noel will play a crucial role in the ideation, qualification, outreach, and follow-up processes. Ultimately, aiding in clients achievement of predictable growth, leading to maximum profitability and strengthened customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The SEO industry is a multifaceted digital marketing arm. While brands can observe on-page SEO practices to boost their rankings, off-site efforts are just as crucial to success. After all, search engines like Google rely on user feedback in evaluating sites.

As Improve & Grow’s new off-site SEO specialist, below are some of the tasks Noel will handle for clients:

  • Identify backlink and brand mention options.
  • Find and qualify link-building opportunities.
  • Conduct email outreach and monitor link acquisition.
  • Acquire and optimize online profiles.
  • Develop new content ideas with the content strategist.

Noel Maldonado’s Background

Noel started his marketing career years ago doing digital marketing for local music artists. There’s a wide variety of specializations in this field, and he understands the importance of each one. For instance, he has extensive experience in social media management, content creation, and ad creation.

Before joining Improve & Grow, Noel was a freelancer for five years. During this time, he received an online certification for social media marketing from Hootsuite Academy. In 2022, he also enhanced his off-site SEO expertise through online courses.

A Message From Improve & Grow Founder Carl Lefever
