About the return policy at GTShop:

Customers should note that the goods auctioned on Yahoo Auction / Mercari / Rakuma / Ebay are mainly used, and there is no return policy after receiving the goods. Customers need to carefully read the product information and evaluate the seller's reputation before choosing to trade with that seller. In case of missing, wrongly sent, or not as described, GTSHOP supports customers in negotiating with the seller.

For goods on other websites, customers need to follow the following process:

1. Contact GTShop's customer service or business operations.
2. Provide proof of goods and necessary information, including product name/code, damaged condition, actual photo of product and package with full seller information.

After the customer provides all the necessary information, GTShop will contact the seller to check the information and compensate if the mistake belongs to GTSHOP or support to return of the goods if required by the customer.
